OUR WAY TO STREAK FREE GLASS
Exterior windows we typical use a pressure washer and a squeegee. A good glass drying rag and that's usually all that is required. For tough spots we have been known to use a little bit of rubbing alcohol. Some cleaners sometimes will use a little bit of dawn dish soap witch isn't a bad tactic at all.
Interior windows is much of the same with the pressure. We will use our glass cleaning rag or microfiber. Get it damp and clean the entire window. At that point we take a new rag much of the same type however this one is for drying and wiping down the glass. Making sure to leave no streaks. Again you can use a bit of rubbing alcohol. The reason we use rubbing alcohol is because it evaporatea once it's dry.
Or some of us here at Hood River Cleaners will use a product called Sprayway foaming Glass Cleaner. It doesn't leave any streaks and cleans the glass extramly well. It's less than $3 in most retail locations. Worth every penny.
